Our inspection of a condo includes a detailed inspection of the unit in accordance with CAHPI (BC) standards of practice. Our experience and knowledge will provide you with valuable insight on the exterior enclosure and the common systems of the building.

Obtaining details of strata minutes, any building capital reserve studies and any building evaluation reports in conjunction with the inspector's report is the typical information gathering process which then may suggest follow-up questions to other parties.
