Douville & Co. is a leader in condo inspections, having inspected over 6,000 strata units and developed the only condo specific reporting system.

Our inspection of a condo includes a detailed inspection of the unit in accordance with CAHPI (BC) standards of practice. Comments of a general nature are offered on the accessible common areas of the strata building based on past experience with similar designs. These include the roofing, exterior, parking and mechanical areas.

Obtaining details of strata minutes, any building capital reserve studies and any building evaluation reports in conjunction with the inspector’s report is the typical information gathering process which then may suggest follow-up questions to other parties.
